The Allotment

The Allotment serves vegan and gluten-free dishes and may be considered one of the best in Manchester and the United Kingdom. It was voted the best vegetarian restaurant in the UK by The Times in 2018 and has already been awarded twice as the restaurant of the year. The dishes are simple and tasteful. On the menu are confit aubergine with Puy lentil and red wine ragout with quinoa or falafel from butternut squash with white beans, cabbage and pomegranate.
